Summer 2023, i spent two weeks in athens, greece, before heading to dorida, a small mountaInous village in the alepochori region.
We worked with ecogenia, a local nonprofit committed to restoring Greece’s once prosperous mountain villages.
Migration to urban areas has devastated rural agriculture communities.
Dorida only has 8 permanent residents
